Critical first 7 days

  • Do not wash the vehicle
  • Keep the vehicle dry — park indoors if possible
  • Avoid touching the coating

Ongoing maintenance

  • Wash every two weeks with the two-bucket method
  • Use only pH-neutral car shampoo
  • Remove bird droppings and sap within 48 hours
  • Never use automatic car washes

Warranty questions

What voids the ceramic coating warranty?

Using automatic car washes, applying other products over the coating, using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, failing to follow the aftercare instructions, or letting a third party work on the coating without our approval.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us within 72 hours of discovering an issue — include photos, your original invoice, and a description of the problem. We schedule an inspection within 14 days and give you a written determination within 10 business days.

Is the warranty transferable?

No — it extends only to the original purchaser of the service and ends if the vehicle is sold or transferred.

What's the difference between the guarantee and the warranty?

The 7-day satisfaction guarantee covers how our work looks when we hand the car back. The 1-year warranty covers the coating product actually failing later. One is about workmanship on day one; the other protects you long-term.
